We have prebooked hotel allotments for all conference participants in 4 different hotel categories. These rooms are available at special rates until April 2009 - please make sure you book in time, as Vienna is a highly favoured destination and we cannot guarantee after April 30th, 2009, that you will find a hotel room in Vienna.

Transportation in Vienna
The conference organizer offers bus service for the evening events.
Airport transfers have to be arranged individually.
For the innercity transportation from/to the conference venue and the hotels all participants will receive free tickets at the registration!
